A fresh May Day mural from Nuclear Winter and Broke. Coincidentally, this mural sits below two giant billboards—one for Mello Yello and another advising you to listen to a radio show or otherwise be damned on Judgment Day. Likely not the artists' ideal location for such an anarchist/unionist tribute, but kick-ass nevertheless.

Speaking of park closures, a few of Mission garage doors have been converted into “NO PARK” pieces over the last few days—one near Shotwell's and this one across from Mission Playground on Valencia. Perhaps Chicken John is finding new ways to protest the privatization of Dolores Park without losing his questionable grasp of the English language?

That Giants tribute mural that annoyingly pointed out that the Giants were not the “World” champions has finally been replaced by something we can all be proud of: a bull with testicles the size of a human head.

I was walking by yesterday and saw this stencil made by Eddie (streetartist? Im not from here so I dont really have my streetart culture up to date).. anyways, the bartender from the winebar this advertisement is attached to, Vinyl, on Divisadero St and Oak st told me it was in response to some street art exhibit at the MOCA.
I figured I'd pass along the news to you guys. I thought it was pretty cool.
Definitely cool. I hate museums!
