April is right around the corner, so you know what that means: it's motherfucking baseball-related graffiti season. As you can see, 24th and Bryant is itchy for Opening Day and has already busted out the fine arts degree, x-acto knife, and wheatpaste. Presumably, we can look forward to months of “FEAR THE BEARD” scrawled on walls, portraits of Lincecum pasted along Valencia, tribute murals painted on previously blank surfaces, and orange and black everything, leading up to everyone lighting the Mission on fire come November.

October, actually. They moved the season start back a few days this year so that the World Series will take place entirely in October, where it belongs.

Awww, Timmy. My 17 year-old niece and I share an undying love for Timmy’s skinny limbs, lanky hair and goofy grin. He’s simply irresistible. Not since my undying crush on the blond and beautiful Shawn Estes and his remarkable rookie year has a Gnt’s pitcher so captured my heart. <3<3<3 (And yes, guys, I know that being cute is not a “real” reason for liking an athlete. But I’m a girl, so I can do these things.)
