Revolution Cafe replaced that old haphazardly painted community mural with a new piece detailing the “birth of the Mission,” featuring a pair of Native Americans, Mission Dolores, Cesar Chavez, and some tripped out fog. I'm sort of surprised that they left out a silhouette of a gold prospector riding a taco, but I suppose they ran out of room.

So awesome. So awesome.

Does Cesar Chavez have some connection to the Mission, other than his general iconicity? I don’t find anything about him even living in SF.

Oh groan. “Native Americans” in Plains Indian men’s headdresses…and what look like boarding school dresses… It’s not that hard to find out what Ohlone, or any other California Indians wore and looked like. This is really offensive. And re the Cesar question above, he was born in New Mexico, family move to the central valley in California to work the fields. He’s a symbol for Latinos, like MLK is for African Americans.

I figured out more a new challenge on this weight loss issue. One particular issue is that good nutrition is especially vital when dieting. An enormous reduction in bad foods, sugary food items, fried foods, sweet foods, red meat, and whitened flour products could be necessary. Holding wastes harmful bacteria, and toxic compounds may prevent goals for losing belly fat. While specific drugs momentarily solve the condition, the horrible side effects aren’t worth it, and so they never offer you more than a temporary solution. This can be a known fact that 95% of diet plans fail. Thank you for sharing your ideas on this blog.
