That’s not a parrot dude, it’s a cockatoo. Cockatoo’s more commonly wear banana hammocks, especially when seen in the Castro. This one must have some sort of identity crisis.
cockatoos, like parakeets and macaws and lovebirds, are hookbill birds - otherwise known as parrots.
