The city fines us if we don’t cover up graffiti, I decided to wheat paste some of my pictures instead of boring old brown paint.
I catch people in the act tagging and try to explain that they are welcome to take their time and make their art actually look good, but they get scared and run off, leaving really shitty boring tags that I’m legally required to cover up. Oh well.
