Is Pennybags a relevant alt DJ, spinning some hot mix of danceable electronic music mashed up with crappy pop lyrics?  Or is he more progressive, infusing symphony with dubstep?  Who am I kidding, it's probably just Lady Gaga.

saw one of these in Los Angeles(Beverly Hills) yesterday too. different image of the monopoly man but it read “ALEC” also.
