Santa and the lowriders were on their way to Garfield park, for the Winter Wonderland sponsored by the Garfield Square Park YMCA Child Development Program and SFPD Youth & Community Engagement Unit. Santa passed out over a thousand donated toys, there was real snow and sledding, rides, cocoa, music, and an incredible number of happy children!
