A billboard in the heart of the Tenderloin has a mixed message for their neighbors down the street at Twitter. To be fair, “We would like to welcome Twitter to the neighborhood but we have way too many characters” would actually fit in a tweet.

I don’t think they mean letters/symbols when say characters. I’ve always liked that billboard.
