Here's Guy Fieri Getting a Parking Ticket For Coming to San Francisco

The Joey Fatone of the Food Network was caught filming his beloved interpretation of a food show outside of SoMa StEat Food Park earlier today.  Naturally, DPT wasn't too excited about Guy parking in the city, because San Francisco doesn't particularly allow parking, so they slapped his “FLVRTWN” Camaro with a ticket (not before his driver tried to argue their way out of it).

We weren't there to witness the ticketing ourselves, but we imagine the officer scolded his crew, telling them, “This is Tony Bourdain town, now go back to Times Square.”

Anyway, here's our favorite clip from his show, in which he emotes excitement about eating food at The Broken Record:

Something tells my smug inner self that I’d glad I don’t know any of the people mentioned in this “journalism.”
Can anybody tell me when a parking ticket rose to the level of news? Or is it not a parking ticket? The writing is not very clear about what “such activities” means but it does seem like this has something to do with smaltzy popular culture as news. Am I living in LA?

I think it’s probably being reported because Guy Fieri is probably the biggest douchebag to ever have a TV show. Nothing more, just making fun of a TV personality. Move along.

this blog or whatever it is sure is shitastic. dont quit your day job son.

Go back home, fuckwad

Did Guy Fieri post both of those comments?

When you come to SF, what is the first thing you think about? where am I going to park this car. (Drop top 69 Camaro)…. I know right in front, no one will steal it or I wont get a ticket…. DPT writes citations for a reason, if he felt he needed special treatment he should have got permit. Up set rich guy!!

Bwahaha! I never saw the one where he went to Broken Record! Joe’s Cable Car on Mission has Guy plastered on the walls. True story.

Joe’s Cable Car has the best burgers I’ve ever had. But they’re also obscenely expensive. Soooo… No Joe’s Cable Car for me.

I watched a few minutes of that video out of simple curiosity. Between the way it’s edited and all the weird camera movement, I nearly had a seizure. Is this what TV shows look like now?
