Aw, poor bastard is probably pissed cuz on trash day the cans always block his ADA-promised path of travel…… and in bitterness he’s actually making it worse, but anyways I think I empathize his frustration.

People who block the sidewalk with their garbage cans are massively dickish. Period.
That guy is nuts. When I used to work at Dynamo he’d steal the spoons or the big jar of dog treats. One time I saw that one drunk homeless 24th st guy (the one with the beard that looks like white cotton candy who’s always rocking out) passed out on the sidewalk and “Electric Wheelchair Dude” stole his jammin boom box.
I don’t think the he’s trying to make a point. From my experience he’s just being a dick. I’ve totally seen him ramming people with his wheelchair.
