After all those beautiful weekends back in January and Febuary, mocking our freezing cold pals on the Atlantic over the internet has lost the impact it once had.  Lucky for us, the Neighborhood Parks Council has put out this fresh DP postcard that you can mail out to your friends if we ever see a nice day again this Spring.  Because nothing stings more than knowing your friend stood in a maddening 30-minute line to buy a stamp just to tell you about buying weed cookies in the presence of sunshine and a thousand potential witnesses while you were busy shoveling out your rusted-out '89 Civic.
