It's another crappy day in San Francisco so I'm digging myself into a pit of YouTube.  After watching 15 minutes of Andre Hyland videos, I somehow managed to transition over to local indie music.  Looks like The Downer Party's frontwoman Sierra Frost has started a new band called HATE FACTORY.  Catchy stuff, even if it is a song designed to go viral (via two cute girls singing about social media).

And while on the subject of The Downer Party, they were recently on Backseat Beat, which went on to call fixies “stupid” and describe the band's appearance as “a walking hangover.”  Zing!
