Yeah…the Treasure Island music fest was great if you were there for the music. Sorry you’re too cool for something outside the Mission, that doesn’t make you cool at all. You tools were listening to all that stuff a couple of months ago anyway, the Mission isn’t Paris and it’s losing its edge, just so you know. Get over yourself.
None of those bands were ever cool, fuck house music. Fuck all these shit as bitches who think Die Antwoord is cool, that shit is worthless. who the fuck wants to rave with LCD soundsystem? also if a festival has no rap music I really don’t give a shit about it, unless it’s got metal bands. Even when festivals here do entertain having a rap act it’s some pussy ass college kid friendly safe rap bullshit.
Wait, I’m confused. Is the Mission the only place that produces good bands? Oh, yeah, you’ve been brainwashed. Any tool can pick up a guitar and a fucking beer and scream like a moron. The music at TIMF is world class, the people decided. Plenty of all kinds of peeps there, hipsters, old folks, kids, normal heads, music lovers, u name it. Miike snow was dope, sorry you’re too cool or whatever. So what if people like it? It sounds good. House music is good, and by the way, I listen to everything. I just don’t find a band cool just bc they’re from the fucking mission or they’re some fringe subculture shit, nothing wrong with liking a ton of different shit.
