Four Loko Brand Reps. Host Flash Rave in Dolores Park, Local McNimbydouche Gets Fucking Pissed
Four brand representatives enthusiasts of the the buzz-worthy hipster malt beverage, Four Loko, threw down a 3 hour DJ set atop of Tallboy Terrace Saturday evening. Best described as "fucking sick," the party, between frequent shout-outs to "Four Loko," "Four Loko Party Pack!," and "Who's Loko?!," featured music from the movie Lion King and television show "Cops," a girl wearing a leather jacket and zebra tights double-fisting Pacificos, a couple straight outta Cape Cod, scores of dancing hipsters and one adorably pissed-off puppy:

Inevitably, Local NcMimbydouche called the police to have the fun shut down. Five squad cars and one police van rolled up to Dolores, assembled in attack formation and shut it down.
To the SFPD's credit, they actually seemed quite friendly and reasonable; not giving the DJs a hard time. In the midst of the police "dealing with the situation," Local McNimbydouche (pictured below) crawled out of his palace of boredom wearing his Yale sweatshirt and sweatpants to walk up to the police and DJs, point some fingers, and generally act like the stereotypical neighborhood asshole who believes he owns the park because he lives across the street.
In short, great party, fuck that dude.

Can you really blame him, anyway? Of all the events in the park, a 4 Loko branded pissfest is the one I'd be most likely to call the cops about, too. That's right, I said it, some Fun is more worthy than other Fun. Had this been an actual community event, maybe I'd be more sympathetic, but as it is, I'm really finding it hard to feel bad. What's that guy going to get out of upholding the right of a (mostly) narrow demographic to be marketed to, loudly, for hours, within earshot of his couch? I'm not saying he's awesome, I'm just saying, it's not that hard to understand.

First of all the editor needs to talk to the writer, who should report the facts and get their story right. This random pre-blapfest arranged by an epic up and coming DJ Party Pat with a couple of MCs is no way affiliated with 4 loko and does not at all promote drink of under age kids. This was a day to big up di sun, big up di music and big up di beautiful people of san francisco. "Kevin Montgomery" needs to get his story straight before publishing a story about underage drinking of a nasty beverage and affiliating it with great music (FYI we drink Belgium beers..and the occasional PBR) . don't get me wrong love the way he portrayed the cops (they were surprisingly respectful of the situation b/c there was no harm being done) and the snitch neighbor but more of these music loving, peaceful, DaY rAvEs will continue to be had at Dolores Park, the last hippie strong hold, big up di truth...
There was no talk of underage drinking in this post at all. You just made that up.
