I didn't see who the artist is painting the mural, but it does seem like the art is from Dean Fraser - Springfield Punx. http://springfieldpunx.blogspot.com/

what? the fanny's logo does not need an "update." it is perfect in all its aging decrepit glory. what's he want, helvetica?
