Holy SHIT!!!! I totally saw this weirdo dancing in a very similar manner (no shirt and sporting a vacant stare) at the How Weird street fair this year. I think I snagged some video of it too. I’ll let you know if I get it up.
This just made me remember how much great footage I got at the festival. I was going to make a comp video called “sweet dudes dancing,” but my editing software took a crap on me. Maybe I’ll get around to it sometime in the near future.
