I set foot in SOM. for the first time last night.  I composed about four Shakespearean reviews of this place but never quite nailed it, so I went with the old trusty video route.  Hope you enjoy.

Hilarious video!

I have no intention on finding out what SOM is like on an average night, but I had the time of my life there last weekend when Homochic took it over for their Interlace party. It was great music from Honey Soundsystem, hot gay guys, and PBR tallboys were $4, which I suppose one could complain about but I won't.

The soundsystem should be improved, but it's better than most SF bars I've been to. At least it has bass.
