Cool loft, bro.

I didn’t know the Mission had a “meda gulch.” Is that the alley behind ATA?

1800 Bryant St #106 Greetings Urban Dwellers and Wannabes, don’t miss this super cool loft ideally located in the heart of the Mission’s Media Gulch offering an open flexible floor-plan, soaring ceilings, 2 walls of windows, and a private patio extending your living space. Details include a custom-built wall unit, polished concrete floors, subway tile backsplash, SS appliances, 2 full baths, in unit laundry and 1 car parking. The interior corner location provides a quiet refuge away from the hustle and bustle of the lively hood. Convenience abounds here with close proximity to a myriad of shopping and restaurant offerings in the… Mission, Potrero, and SOMA, as well as easy access to freeways, Bart, Muni, Cal-train, and Tech shuttles.

wtf

it looks like the copy writer for groupon just got a new job….

I can think of few things worse than 2 walls of windows overlooking 17th and Bryant. And what if there was a spider on the ceiling? You’d never be able to get it!

yeah, isn’t that right next to the muni bus lot?

barf.

Not bad. Just a block from Coffee Bar. Shame the bedroom isn’t a little bigger.

You are going to be sleeping at work on the peninsula 50% of the time anyway.

I’d take one. Weren’t these around $250K when they built them?

Redfin says it sold for $395,000 in 2003.

The coolmissionloft website says they were built in 2000. I remember they were under $300 which seemed expensive at the time.
